Aarti has a strong background in managing complex family law matters, often involving significant financial interests and highly sensitive parenting issues. Over the years, she has developed a particular expertise in high-net-worth property settlements, including matters with pools exceeding $30 million. Her approach is focused on achieving efficient resolutions through early negotiation, conciliation, and mediation, which allows her clients to avoid lengthy and costly court proceedings when possible.
Throughout her career, Aarti has consistently demonstrated her ability to work with clients facing challenging circumstances, including those involving child abuse, international relocation, and parental responsibility disputes.
